the curie temperature of nanocrystalline material is 570℃ and that of ferrite is only 200℃. the main performance of nanocrystalline cores change less than 10% at the range from -40℃ to +140℃. but the changing rate of ferrite is more than 50%. filters made of nanocrystalline cores can be better applied to high-temperature environment and adapt to environment change.
